From raw rubber to road-ready, every tire starts with carefully selected natural and synthetic rubber, carbon black, and chemical additives. These materials are mixed in high-tech internal mixers to create a uniform compound. This compound is then calendered into sheets for the tread, sidewall, and inner liner.
Next, component assembly begins. Steel cord and fabric plies are cut and spliced precisely, building the tire’s carcass. For truck tires and OTR tires, heavy-duty belts provide extra puncture resistance. A tire building machine applies each layer onto a drum, forming a green tire.
The green tire moves to vulcanization. Inside a heated mold, pressure and temperature fuse all components together, imprinting tread patterns and sidewall markings. This process transforms the soft rubber into a durable, elastic structure that can withstand heavy loads and extreme conditions.
After curing, each tire undergoes rigorous inspection: X-ray, visual checks, and uniformity testing. We test for balance, radial runout, and sidewall integrity. Only tires that pass our strict quality control receive DOT, ECE, or CCC certification.
As a leading tire factory, we offer OEM and ODM customization for passenger car tires, truck tires, agricultural tires, and engineering machinery tires. Our production lines are designed for bulk supply, ensuring stable quality and competitive factory-direct pricing.
